Max Smacks

Say what you like about Max Mosley, he has the skin as thick as a particularly gnarled, old rhino’s, and more front than the National Front (maybe that’s not such a good analogy). Most people (around 99.99%) may be a little bit embarrassed about the public exposure (geddit?) his S&M antics have caused him. There is one guy I know (well known in motor sport circles) who secretly praises Mosley for showing what he terms as “good swordsmanship” but he, as in all other cases in life, is in the vast minority.

Max being Max had the balls to take on the News of the World in court over suggestions that the marathon sex session had Nazi overtones, and won, emerging from the high court with his head held high. It wasn’t the marathon sex sessions he was incensed about. It was the Nazi connotations. The bottom line, however, is this: court case won or not, every single figure in the sport, and people Max wishes to do business with in the future, may struggle to look any further than a leather-clad dominatrix, a gaggle of hookers, and a room full of people talking in an absurd German accent straight from TV’s “Allo Allo.”

PS: Oh, and why are there so many German drivers on the grid at the moment? Apologies to Nick Heidfeld, Tino Glock, Sebastian Vettel, Nico Rosberg and Adrian Sutil, but does someone high up get turned on by their accents?
